Info for New Users; Terms of Access
- To be eligible to access the ACT Network, an individual must have:
- an active USC NetID (or iVIP account)
- a valid HIPAA certification
- a current Human Subjects Research certification, and
- an account in USC's IRB iStar system (accessed via USC NetID or iVIP)
- Our ACT Operations Coordinator provides user accounts to eligible persons. To obtain an ACT account, please fill out the Access Request Form at ACT: www.actnetwork.us/SCCTSI/register-form-nonlightbox-144KH-1376S2.html. Our Operations Coordinator may contact you for further information.
- When logging in to the system, all users are asked to affirm that they understand and will abide by the ACT Network Terms of Query Access and the Keck Data Usage Policy.
